Human Activity Recognition System
A high-performance human activity recognition model trained on more than 1 million raw sensor records from tri-axial accelerometer data. The pipeline engineered temporal and correlation features, handled class imbalance with SMOTE, and used GPU-accelerated XGBoost (training completed in 64.46 seconds).

A machine-learning system for antimicrobial-resistance prediction using omics and resistance-gene information. The work focused on reliable BioProject-based dataset splitting and model evaluation for predicting antibiotic resistance in Klebsiella pneumoniae.
